Friday. Camping del Remei, El Pont De Suert.

A misty start but the weather ignored the forecast of rain all day and the sun shone down on us ( till about five when the heavens opened).




We drove up into the Val d'Arran. A beautiful isolated valley this side of the border. You get to it by a five kilometre tunnel that takes you into stunning scenery.








We drove nearly to the French border then back down to Bossost where we parked and took a walk along the river.




We walked past several fields full of narcissi - being grazed by sheep!




By then the clouds were gathering so we headed slowly back to site.




Lots of new birds today including this dipper.
